No, it does not work like norton ghost. NG works like acronis true image does. this software doesnot make full image. it just takes a snapshot and use it to recover system. But its good, though you should handle with care or you may loose data when recovering the system, because it will make your system to go back completely. and I mean COMPLETELY (with all docs, picture, video gone, which were included after the snap) But it will ask the option to recover these items after snap recovery. so use it carefully.
